The staff were all responsive, great. the location was amazing, close enough to the airport, the main Namba train station, and also Dotonbori and retro shopping arcades.

The setting was amazing, really close to the train station, Namba and main shops at 9 minutes from train station. It also was down retro shoping arcades. Loved new-fashioned room with 2 beds, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The room was spacious with great facilities and a comfortable bed, plus I had a nice view of the street from my window, and it's only a 15-minute walk from the tube station.

the automated check-in was a bit quirky but interesting, and we appreciated being able to watch our favorite shows on the smart TV after a long day exploring the area. Just a heads up, the check-in process felt a tad confusing at first, but we figured it out, so all was good in the end! 😊.
